We're now looking for an Operator who can help us launch and develop a dedicated late-shift by supporting the Digicon Finishing line, as well as operate our Flexo presses, and winding equipment as required. The role is in person, at our production facility located on the Guildford/Godalming border.
Previous experience would be ideal, but not essential as we are committed to comprehensively train the right candidate, irrespective of current skillset.

14.00 - 22.00
40 hours per week

Role
Working within our production team, you will operate Digicon Series 3 finishing equipment, Gallus Flexo presses, and rewinding equipment, producing high-quality, self-adhesive labels. The role includes a range of embellishment processes including:
Hot foil
Embossing
Screen printing
Laminating
Remuneration
From £30000. per annum (depending on experience) + 16% shift allowance + overtime opportunities.
Duties (to include)
Operate Digicon finishing, Flexo, and rewinding equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Support other production processes when required as part of a team-based manufacturing environment .
Inspect printed product during finishing process for defects, adherence to quality standards, and colour consistency where required.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.
